DESCRIPTION:The third Friday of September is the usual observance of “National POW/MIA Recognition Day”. Foxborough’s first observance of the day was held in 2011. \nThis year\, there will be a 24-hour vigil at the Foxborough Common beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday\, September 18\, 2025\, and “ \nPlease join the Town of Foxborough Department of Veterans’ Services for our annual POW/MIA Vigil.
