Originally, there was an auditorium on the second floor. Foxborough Grange P.of H. #193 met here in their hall on the second and third floors for thirty one years.

A grain store, a hardware store, Foxborough public school classes, Foxboro Hat Shop, The Trading Post, Rockhill Gift Shoppe, a video store, Girl Scouts a realtors office, a hair salon, and other businesses have also occupied the building. The Pat Smith All Stars played in the auditorium during the Depression Era.

Grange Hall was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 21, 1983.
