Harvey Leonard of Foxborough and Sybil Emeline Skinner of Mansfield married in Foxborough on September 26, 1838. On June 1, 1855, seven people were enumerated in their household. He was a blacksmith at the time. In 1879, Harvey Leonard served as Foxborough’s Sealer of Weights and Measures.  By 1887, Harvey had become a farmer and had a house on Cocasset Street.

Harvey Leonard was born in Foxborough on June 22, 1812, and died in Foxborough on March 25, 1898. His parents are Jacob Leonard, Jr., and Millie Blake.

Sybil Emeline Skinner was born in Mansfield on October 29, 1813, and died in Foxborough on November 10, 1884. Her parents are Apollos Skinner and Sibell Grover of Mansfield.

At the time of Harvey and Sybil’s marriage, he was a bonnet manufacturer. Harvey and Sybil Leonard had at least two children, including Martha Eveline Leonard (born February 12, 1842, in Foxborough) and Helen Thurber Leonard (born October 2, 1848, in Foxborough).

Harvey and Sybil Leonard are buried in Rock Hill Cemetery.
